Developing the skills to compete at the highest competitive levels require time and dedication from our players.  “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail”. The organization holds tryouts in August each year. Following the tryout process, our teams begin practices, which start in early September. These practices continue through the autumn and winter seasons, and include regular hitting and fielding practices for all teams.  In addition PLR, Inc. provides clinics in hitting, fielding, pitching, and catching conducted by nationally recognized experts in their skill area.  To view information on these expert please go to their page in the "Resources" drop down menu or click on Crystl Bustos; Horward Kobata or Libby Kidd. 

Our teams register and compete in tournaments under several governing bodies of softball which include ASA Softball, NSA Softball, USSSA Softball, PGF Softball and PONY Softball.
